Who we are
This website is operated by Ekagrah Seva Foundation, a registered non-profit organisation working in education, health, nutrition and livelihood support. By using this website you agree to these terms.
Donations
- All donations are voluntary and are made to Ekagrah Seva Foundation.
- The minimum donation through this website is ₹100.
- Donations are accepted in Indian Rupees only.
- A receipt is issued automatically once payment succeeds.
- You confirm that the funds you donate are from a lawful source.
How donations are used
Donations made to a specific cause are applied to that cause. If a cause reaches its goal or closes before your donation can be used, we will apply the amount to a closely related programme and tell you where it went. General donations are allocated wherever the need is most urgent.
Tax exemption
Donations are eligible for exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, subject to the rules in force. To receive a certificate you must provide a valid PAN number at the time of donating. We cannot issue a certificate without it.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We are not responsible for failures, delays or errors caused by your bank, card issuer or the payment gateway. If an amount is debited without a receipt being generated, contact us with the payment reference and we will resolve it.
Volunteering
Submitting a volunteer application does not create any employment relationship or guarantee a placement. We select volunteers based on need and suitability, and may require identity verification before field work.
Content on this website
Photographs, text and reports on this website belong to Ekagrah Seva Foundation. You may share them to support our work with credit, but not use them commercially or in a way that misrepresents the organisation.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where our registered office is located.
